Brad Grover


Brad brings 35 years of financial and operational experience in a wide variety of industries and activities. He has served as CFO or VP Operations for several entities ranging from a publicly traded billion+ electronics manufacturing company to technology start-ups. He applies a common sense approach to problems and identifies and successfully implements cost reduction opportunities, including most recently, the turnaround of a contract electronics manufacturing company. He has extensive experience in accounting and financial management, including financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting and inventory management. He is very operationally oriented and, while living overseas in Switzerland, led a major operational restructuring of the European division of an international sporting goods manufacturer/distributor. Throughout his career, he has been involved in several acquisitions and divestitures, including due diligence, drafting business summary memoranda, management presentations to buyers, negotiation of terms and any related SEC filings. He is experienced in raising equity and managing lending relationships. He began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co., where he was senior audit manager experienced in a wide range of industries. He graduated from the University of Idaho with a BS in Accounting and received his CPA license in 1984.
